Hari ni Samsung Galaxy Note 3 buat hal pulak .. hari tu masa guna Samsung Galaxy Note 1, selalu guna Samsung Kies  http://www.samsung.com/us/kies/ untuk komunikasi antara smartphone Samsung Galaxy dengan  komputer  samaada Windows atau  Mac. Kali ni  nak cuba perisain lain pulak  nak buat backup dan restore mengguanakan PC.

Jika dah banyak peranti berbagai jenama menggunakan Android maka ada pelbagai Software yang dibangunkan oleh syarikat bagi menguruskan peranti Androidnya dengan PC seperti Samsung Kies http://www.samsung.com/us/kies/ , HTC Sync Manager http://www.htc.com/www/software/htc-sync-manager/ atau  Sony PC Companion http://www.sonymobile.com/my/tools/pc-companion/ (tidak termasuk Android made in China lagi..) Namun semuanya ada kelebihan dan kekurangan masing2  dan yang pasti biasnya ia hanya serasi/sesuai dangan peranti jenama mereka sahaja (proprietary) .
