Tips Of The Week on Microsoft Office 2007 - View Files Without Opening Them

Do you know you can now view the content of Word, Excel, PowerPoint slides and Adobe Acrobat files and HTML files without needing to open them?

1. Open the location of the file that you want to preview.
2. Click on Organize -> Layout -> Preview Pane
3. You will notice that the preview pane will appear on the right. Select any files to view them.
